FAQ's for Vendor
WHERE TO PARK?
Vendors will be asked to park in designated areas. This will allow the public to park closer to the event.
WHAT TIME CAN I SET UP FOR THE EVENT?
Set up times will be given to each vendor upon receiving your registration form. To ease the flow of indoor traffic and set up, the event coordinators request that vendors follow the time guidelines provided.
ARE THERE OUTLETS AND IF SO HOW MANY?
Vendors that require outlets must request so on the vendor registration form. It is important that the event coordinators know of this information prior to event day.
WILL THERE BE FOOD / BEVERAGE / WATER AVAILABLE?
Healthy lunches will be available for purchase.
CAN I CHANGE MY BOOTH LOCATION UPON ARRIVAL?
No. To make sure your booth station is suitable for your needs, the committee asks that vendors provide enough information about personal presentation prior to the event.
WHAT IF I NEED MORE SPACE?
The staff assigned to the event will try to accommodate the needs of all vendors as best they can.
CAN VENDORS SELL PRODUCTS?
Yes.
ARE VENDORS REQUIRED TO DONATE TO THE GOODIE BAG OR PROVIDE GIVE-A WAYS?
"Enter To Win", drawings, goodie bags and give-a ways are optional. Vendors will be asked to be responsible for their own prize drawings at their table. If a vendor wishes to add a give-away to the goodie bag please note that there will be 600 to fill.
